This Assessment and Program Package consists of an initial assessment, 3 personal training sessions, a Custom individual program, and final re-evaluation session. During the course of the program you will have online support via secure log in to your ptEnhance account including videos and descriptions of all exercises, workout logs and progress statistics and messaging support with your trainer.
